SEGAL EXPERIENCE DINNERS


The Segal Experience Dinner series was launched in June 2009 – taking place on the first Thursday evening of the month.


Viktor Segal has been creative chef and advisor at Stand Bistro for the past year. Within the framework of the Experience Dinner series, he presents the quintessence of his knowledge each month in a tasting menu, characterised primarily by Asian fusion notes.


The contents of the tasting menu of the month are revealed only on the evening in question, but a sampling of previous Experience Dinner menus may be found by clicking on the images.
Reservations are required at least one month in advance.
